Smartflat plate Extruders and Coextruders

The rigid plastics extrusion and coextrusion lines are designed to process materials such as LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, HIPS, ABS, PVC, PET, and acrylic. The extruders feature unique screw designs, adapted to each material type.

Drawer-type screen changer (hydraulic or pneumatic) designed for quick and continuous screen changes.

Flat Die Heads

The flat die head is designed according to the processed material, sheet width, and thickness. It is designed for use with a feed block and is suitable for use in multi-layer co extruders, ensuring perfect material distribution.

It contains a gear pump that controls the pressure of the mass before and after it, accelerating the extruder speed and automatically maintaining constant head volume and pressure.

Rolling Calenders

The calender consists of three rollers with a bimetallic surface, hard chrome plating, and mirror polishing. The rollers are closed mechanically or hydraulically with adjustable pressure. The rollers are moved by linear guides. The calender can be manufactured in various configurations depending on the product being processed.

Winders

Winder can be done using hydraulic shafts for jumbo web or expansion shafts controlled by AC motors and frequency inverters, allowing for greater web precision. In addition to the webbing system, it also has an optional accumulator system for web replacement. In addition to the webs, it also has the option of guillotine cutting to the required sheet sizes for stacking.
