Plastic Film Recyclers

The “Carnevalli” CR line of recyclers is designed for recycling polyolefin materials such as HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP, and others. It uses scraps or non-compliant materials from packaging manufacturers—companies whose sole purpose is recycling or pre-processing.

The process consists of a system for transporting material by air to the storage silo and forced feeding synchronized with the extruder assembly, a bimetallic cylinder with degassing carried out by a vacuum pump, cutting the material using rotating knives on the face of the head, water cooling and a drying centrifuge.

Optional accessories:

• Mill with rotating blades;
• Noise-canceling enclosure for the mill;
• Conveyor belt for conveying material to the mill;
• Metal detector.
