Polaris Plus Co-extruders for High-Density PE Films

Carnevalli develops and produces high-technology co-extrusion equipment for high-density films, configured in 3-layer versions with two extruders, known as “ABA,” and three layers with three extruders, known as “ABC”.

The Polaris Plus line of co-extruders for high density produces films with high mechanical resistance and better concentration of mineral filler (calcium carbonate).

Main applications:

  • Films for promotional bags;
  • Films for t-shirt type bags;
  • Films for garbage bags;
  • Films for block bags.

Polaris Plus Co-extruders for Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE/L) films

Carnevalli develops and produces 3 and 5-layer co-extrusion equipment with the highest technology. Its wide variety of sizes and capacities, components and accessories, allows for complete project flexibility to meet the different needs of each segment.

The Polaris Plus co-extrusion line produces films with high optical quality, high mechanical resistance, and perfect interlayer adhesion, through mass temperature control, guaranteeing increased production with reduced energy consumption.

Main applications:

  • High-transparency films for stand-up pouches, twist-wrap packaging, and automatic packaging;
  • Films for subsequent lamination, coating, printing, and other conversion processes;
  • Shrink and stretch films;
  • Films for heavy-duty packaging, suitable for FFS (Form, Fill & Seal film) systems.
