Winding
Winding machines can be built with one station (monopoint) or two stations (opposite or face-to-face), with automatic changeover and tension control by load cells, with PLC automation and “Taper” function. They are manufactured in a robust and safe manner.
With options for rewinding by contact, without contact by “GAP” or mixed, reel discharges and expandable shaft holder magazines that allow the use of 3 and 6-inch shafts.
Recycling
The Carnevalli recycler is an automatic system for reusing recycled LDPE or HDPE material that operates in a closed circuit, preventing the risk of contamination and ensuring that it does not degrade due to friction or excessive temperature.
It has mechanical and electronic interaction with the extruder, is easy to install and operate, and is prepared to work in conjunction with the gravimetric feeder.
